Expected duration: 1 - 6 months Our brand, due to launch in October, is an inclusive and sustainable activewear brand preparing for launch. We are seeking an experienced social media manager (or agency) to support both the 6-week pre-launch period and post-launch growth phase.
The goal of this project is to build brand awareness, grow our social following, and generate an email list ahead of launch, followed by continued social presence and community engagement post-launch.
Scope of Work Pre-Launch (6 Weeks)
Objective: Grow social following and email database ahead of launch.
Deliverables:
Organic Content Management
3 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Mix of static posts (Instagram & Facebook) and video content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Content to be developed from brand photoshoots and founder-created videos (support with scripting expected).
Full content plan with graphics and captions prepared in advance.
Account management across all three channels.
Paid Advertising
One paid campaign focused on driving email sign-ups.
Creative development and campaign set-up.
Ongoing monitoring and optimisation for six weeks.
Ad budget to be agreed, with recommended minimum spend of £5/day (budget managed separately from management fee).
Post-Launch (Ongoing)
Objective: Maintain and grow online presence following launch.
Deliverables:
Continued management of 3 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Refresh of advertising strategy with new campaign(s) to support ongoing growth.
Monthly content planning, scheduling, and account management.
