I need someone experienced with video editing and web video setup to convert a set of landscape videos into 9x16 vertical format and ensure they display correctly as mobile-friendly hero videos on my website.

What I want to achieve: Convert videos to proper mobile-friendly 9x16 format No black bars, no stretching or distortion Videos should not appear over-zoomed on mobile (unlike the example above) Subject should remain central and natural within the frame Ensure videos display correctly when uploaded and streamed as hero videos on mobile
Important: The problem could be linked to the way videos are uploaded, streamed through Cloudflare- https://dash.cloudflare.com/login or embedded in WordPress. I need someone who can identify the cause and provide the right solution, not just re-export the files.
