Expected duration: Ongoing We are a London-based boutique marketing agency working with clients in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Due to workload, we are looking for a specialist partner (individual or small team) to operate in a white-label capacity for our projects.
Our role is to remain the strategic lead and client-facing contact — your role is to deliver execution to a high standard with the hospitality niche in mind.
The support we need includes: Paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads (setup, optimisation, reporting). Social media content calendars, scheduling, influencer coordination. PR support for new openings and events, including outreach to local media and food bloggers. Experience with restaurant launches (pre-launch hype, influencer events, local activations). Ongoing marketing management to drive bookings, reviews, and repeat customers.
We are looking for someone with experience working with restaurants, bars, cafés, or hospitality groups. UK market knowledge is a strong advantage but not mandatory. Ability to produce or coordinate creative assets (photography, video, design) is a plus but not essential.
Engagement will be ongoing, with media budgets typically in the £2-3k / month range. You will be credited internally but never client-facing.
