*Core Scope* - 2 User Roles – Requestor / Lead Generator - Form Uploader – Photo (S3/GCloud) + Location capture - Serverless Backend – Intake request → Call Google Business Profile API → - Rank results → Return JSON - Stripe Connect – Pay-as-you-go + Subscription tiers - Dashboards – Entries, tokens, payments - Responsive UI – Mobile-first, no WordPress/CMS - Hosting – Vercel (front-end) + AWS/Supabase (backend)
