Description: I’ve already built most of a tenant qualification system (form, validation rules, database structure, and local test environment). I need a developer to connect it to Outlook (Microsoft Graph API), parse Rightmove lead emails, auto-send a prefilled tenant qualification form, process the responses, send PASS/FAIL emails with reasons, store results in a database, and enable CSV export/dashboard view.
What’s done:
Fully functional HTML form with per-adult sections, self-employment years, Right to Rent expiry/DOB/share code for pre-settled or time-limited status
Affordability, occupancy, sharers, pets, and Right to Rent rules built in
Duplicate application prevention
Local test server to view and evaluate submissions
Scripts partially written for Microsoft Graph/Outlook integration
What’s needed:
Connect Outlook (Microsoft Graph API) to detect new Rightmove leads
Auto-fill property address/bedrooms/rent from lead data into form (readonly)
Email applicant link to form
On submission, process and apply rules, send PASS/FAIL emails (copy me)
