(Optional) Issue an SSL certificate for the subdomain automatically or use a wildcard SSL. Create a CRM User Account Add the user to the CRM system with the provided credentials. Link the user’s account to the created subdomain. Store the user’s details securely (passwords hashed). Form Requirements Fields: Subdomain name, username, email, password. Input validation to ensure the subdomain name is available and valid. Display clear error or success messages. Security Measures Sanitize and validate all inputs. Protect the endpoint with authentication and rate limiting to prevent abuse. System Requirements Compatible with the current CRM infrastructure. Capable of working in a multi-tenant CRM environment.
