We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to help us streamline and automate our CRM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize automated workflows for customer onboarding, follow-ups, and internal handoffs • Create and customize forms, properties, and pipeline stages to capture and manage deal data • Set up custom cards and views to improve team visibility and task flow • Ensure data hygiene and efficient communication between teams and with customers • Integrate tools or third-party apps where needed to boost automation

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience setting up and managing HubSpot (Marketing and/or Sales Hub) • Strong grasp of workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, and property management • Able to recommend and implement best practices • Responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvement areas
This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing work.
