A comprehensive technical plan is already in place, and we require a specialist to implement this plan. The primary goal is a high-performing, secure, and user-friendly website that is easily editable for routine content updates. A detailed style guide, including specific colors and fonts, and logo graphics are ready to be implemented.

This includes: Platform: The project will continue to use WordPress, and the redesign will leverage the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) to empower the client to manage daily content updates.
Theme: Our leading choice for the block-based theme is Astra.
Design & Style: A pre-existing style guide with approved colors and fonts is ready to be applied to the website's design. The design must also be mobile-first, ensuring a seamless experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. A logo and other graphic assets will be provided.
Site Scope: The project involves a website redesign. The sitemap details the pages that need to be redesigned or developed, and the project includes assisting with the initial import and formatting of provided content.
Main Navigation: About Us, Wellbeing Retreats, Corporate Retreats, Pathways by Insider Retreats CIC, Blog/Resources, Contact.
Key Pages: Homepage, About Us (including team bios), Wellbeing Retreats, Corporate Retreats (with sections for Workshop Portfolio and Exclusive Venues), Pathways by Insider Retreats CIC (with sections for Mission & Challenges and Crowdfunding Campaigns), Blog, Resources, Contact, and dedicated Landing Pages for key campaigns. Content Contribution: All final copy and images will be provided.
Plugin Recommendations: A pre-defined list of high-quality plugins to integrate and configure has been chosen to meet the site's specific functional requirements.
Bookings: The Brevo "Meetings" feature will be used. Crowdfunding: GiveWP will be used. Interactive Quizzes: A quiz plugin like Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) will be used. SEO: AIOSEO or Rank Math will be implemented. Security: Wordfence will be integrated.
Key Responsibilities: Your role is to implement the technical plan. This includes: WordPress Setup: Configure the updated WordPress installation on a managed hosting environment, and set up the selected block-based theme and all required plugins. UX/UI Implementation: Apply the provided style guide to create a professional and intuitive website design, ensuring it is fully responsive and adheres to mobile-first principles. You will use the WordPress block editor as the primary tool for page development.
Functionality Integration: Implement and customize the specified plugins for bookings, crowdfunding, quizzes, and SEO.
Performance Optimization: Ensure the website is fast-loading by implementing caching, image optimization, and minifying code.
Security & Maintenance: Implement foundational security measures and set up a clear routine maintenance checklist.
Training & Documentation: Provide comprehensive handover documentation and personalized training sessions on how to manage the website.
