Nexra Tech (Malta) Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce and integrations specialist (or team) to deliver a 4-month milestone-based project involving Salesforce CRM setup, PMS (Property Management System) integration, payment provider integration, billing automation, and AI-powered operational workflows.

The role requires proven experience with Salesforce customisation, AWS data pipelines, PMS API integration (Cloudbeds, Mews, Opera, etc.), payment gateway setup (Adyen, HSBC, BOV, Revolut), and AI tools such as Azure, AWS AI, GPT/OpenAI, and automation frameworks. ⸻ Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
PHASE 1 – Customer Authorisation & Profile Creation • Build DocuSign contract template for customer data sharing with required fields (Customer Name, Licence Number, PMS System, Contact Details, Address, Company Reg. No). • Configure Salesforce merge setup to auto-fill known customer data and require completion before signing. • Launch bulk email campaign from integrations@nexra.mt with DocuSign links. • Automate record creation in Salesforce with signed details and PDF storage. • Generate PMS authorisation export lists for API setup. • AI integrations: Azure Form Recognizer for data extraction; GPT-4o for standardising customer names/addresses. ⸻ PHASE 2 – PMS & AWS Data Integration + Website Linking • Configure AWS secure PMS API ingestion for Cloudbeds, Mews, and Opera. • Submit hotel authorisation docs to PMS providers for API key activation. • Map stay, billing, and guest count data from AWS into Salesforce profiles. • Integrate website forms (/onboarding, /partners, /government) to push data to Salesforce. • Add validation rules to prevent incomplete PMS-linked records. • AI integrations: AWS Fraud Detector for underreporting detection; GPT-4o + LangChain for automated follow-up emails. ⸻ PHASE 3 – Payment Provider Integration (Oct 16 – Oct 31) • Integrate Adyen, HSBC, BOV, and Revolut payment gateways into Salesforce. • Enable real-time payment data sync to update invoice status. • Automate invoice creation & PDF emailing to customers. • Add overdue payment alerts. • AI integrations: AWS Comprehend for payment categorisation; Power BI Copilot for finance dashboards. ⸻ PHASE 4 – Billing Automation & Intercompany Revenue Sharing • Build logic to split revenue allocation logic for 4 shareholder business to invoicing. and payments. • Automate intercompany invoice creation with payment tracking. • Create revenue dashboards for live tax collection breakdowns. • AI integrations: AWS Forecast for revenue prediction; Tableau + Einstein Discovery for “What If” simulations. ⸻ PHASE 5 – Management System Integration • Integrate Zendesk (support ticket history), Aircall (call logs + transcripts), and email sync with Salesforce. • Build final role-based dashboards for Integrations, Finance, and Customer views. • AI integrations: AssemblyAI for Aircall transcription & summaries; Zendesk AI for case prioritisation; NexBot (GPT-4o) for multilingual hotel/government support. ⸻ Testing & Training • End-to-end system testing: PMS → AWS → Salesforce → Payment → Billing → Reporting. • Validate AI anomaly detection and predictive outputs. • Train integrations, finance, and government liaison teams. • Run government report export simulations. ⸻ Required Skills & Experience • Proven Salesforce developer/architect experience (Sales Cloud, API integration, automation flows). • Experience with AWS (data pipelines, Fraud Detector, Forecast). • PMS integration experience • Payment gateway integration expertise (Adyen, HSBC, BOV, Revolut). • AI tool integration: Azure Form Recognizer, GPT/OpenAI API, LangChain, AssemblyAI, Tableau Einstein. • Strong knowledge of data security, GDPR compliance, and role-based access. • Ability to deliver milestone-based projects on time.
