The scope of work encompasses computer-generated 2D floor plans detailing the interior layout and room dimensions. Exterior elevations are also required showing the building from all sides to convey its appearance when viewed from different approach angles. A section cut drawing through the structure will help visualize how it nestles into the terrain. Additionally, a 3D model and realistic rendered perspective will allow visualization of the project in its surroundings prior to commencement of construction. The drawings forms the basis for planning permission and will be utilized to obtain building regulation approval as well as tendering the work. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is essential to efficiently produce drawings adhering to exacting technical standards.
