We are looking for a London-based HR consultant to help review and update our key HR policies and staff handbook. Your expertise will ensure our policies are clear, compliant, and aligned with best practices. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this month.
Phase 1:
Policy Review: Review and finalise the following HR policies: Work From Home Policy Time Off in Lieu Policy Mileage Reimbursement and Claim Policy IT Acceptable Use Policy
Staff Handbook: Update and polish the Staff Handbook to reflect these policies.
Phase 2:
Subject to the successful completion of the above project, there will be a requirement for: - Adhoc advice - Monthly Zoom meeting with the Directors - Quarterly in person meeting with the team
Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced HR consultant with knowledge of policy development and UK employment law. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Please provide a fixed price quote for phase 1 and your hourly rates for phase 2
