We are looking to setup Zoho CRM to work with our business.
We are an online retailer that sells through many platforms including Woocommerce, Ebay, Amazon etc. All of the platforms are linked through Mintsoft which is the order processing system used by the warehouse. I would propose a connection is created between Mintsoft and Zoho to import all the customer/order details. The gmail email inbox will also need connecting to Zoho to setup support tickets.
Here is a breakdown of the project:
1 Woocommerce setup • Integrate WooCommerce Website with Zoho CRM+ • Map form fields to Zoho CRM+ lead fields. • Configure workflow to notify sales/support team via email or Zoho CRM+ notification. • Set up lead assignment rules (round-robin or manual).
2 Lead Management in Zoho CRM+ • Whether the leads are generated from the website or any other sources – there will be a workflow; ➢ Configure follow-up emails at specific intervals(e.g., 2–3 days, 5–7 days) ➢ Draft personalized email templates for follow-up communication
3 MintSoft to Zoho CRM+ Integration
• Sync order data from Mint Soft to Zoho CRM+ for centralised customer service management. • Sync customer information, order items, date, and status. • Configure scheduled sync. • Notify customer service team on new order sync.
4 Zoho SalesIQ Implementation • Install and configure Zoho SalesIQ on woocommerce sites x4 • Set up automatic lead capture from chat. • Log interactions as leads or activities. • Notify team for follow-up. • Replace existing Brevo system.
5 Quote Generation and Email Communication • Generate quotes directly from the system • Email quotes to clients from within the system • Set up automated or manual follow-ups on sent quotes
5 Training and Documentation • Conduct 1-hour virtual training session for client and colleague.
