Role: We’re seeking a confident, UK-based female sales agent to join us on a self-employed, commission-only basis. You will be responsible for handling incoming leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales for our workwear products.
Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify incoming leads (provided daily). Build rapport with potential clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable workwear products. Negotiate prices and close deals. Maintain accurate records of leads and sales in our CRM system. Follow SOPs for lead handling, quoting, and closing sales Meet agreed KPIs (e.g. number of calls, conversion rate, revenue targets).
Requirements: Female, fluent in UK English (spoken and written). Proven sales experience with measurable results. Previous sales experience, ideally in B2B or retail. Meet weekly targets Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. UK-based with the ability to work remotely.
What We Offer: Base pay based on experience + generous commission per sale. Ongoing support and training.
