Project Overview We need a developer to build a form which will automate the grant application process for my customers.
Guide applicants through the grant application process, check eligibility, direct them to the correct application site, send automated reminders, and track progress until completion.

Appetite - We are committing 6 weeks to build this application - The MVP must be fully delivered within this timeframe - We will use existing tools and services wherever possible, with light customisation or coding only when needed - The build will focus only on the core features required to make the process work end-to-end
Developer and Required Expertise - Broad knowledge of no-code, low-code, and light custom solutions (Airtable, Fillout, Make.com, Google Sheets, plus alternatives) - Ability to recommend the best tools for speed, cost, and flexibility - Experience building integrated platforms using existing tools, with light coding where needed - Has coding ability (JavaScript, Python, or similar) to handle features no-code tools can’t cover - Experience optimising AI tools and workflows for automation and decision-making in similar projects - Proven track record delivering MVPs in 4–8 weeks - At least 2–3 relevant case studies showing similar projects and outcomes
