Expected duration: 1 day or less I have been working with an architect but he has been hard to reach recently.
He has created a set of drawing but they need amending.
I am applying for a conversion to HMO from 6 bed to 10 bed. The drawings are nearly finished but there have been some changes on site which need to be applied. Also the sunlight assessor has come up with some amendments.
I need someone to revise the drawings ASAP within next 48 hours so i can send for planning application and building control. I need a UK based person who is a freelancer. No large firms in the UK. I need a price to do the amendments and produce the final set of drawings which will be accepted first time by planning and building control. I may need futre small amendments if changes need to be made on site so this should be priced in.
