I’m looking for a reliable and creative 3D visualizer or interior designer to transform a complete 2D architectural floor plan (ground + first floor) into a full interior 3D model with furniture, lighting, and finish suggestions.
This is a pilot project for a residential home, and attention to detail is very important. While the home is located in Africa, we are open to global talent and just ask that room proportions and layout sensitivity be kept in mind.
Scope of Work: Convert 2D floor plans (PDF/PNG) into a full 3D interior model Apply room-by-room furniture layout (we will share our preferences) Interior lighting (ambient, task & decorative) Finishes: paint, walls, flooring, cabinetry, basic textures
Small wall adjustments in 3 rooms (kitchen, walk-in closet, maid’s room) 2 high-quality renders per major space/room (two different angles)
Optional: If you also do exterior 3D modeling, let us know—we can consider it as a follow-on project or part of this job if it fits within the scope.
Deliverables: 3D Model (Planner5D, SketchUp, Blender, or equivalent) 2 renders per room/space (PNG/JPG, photorealistic quality) Suggested color & material palette (PDF or shared doc) Up to 2 revision rounds after first full draft
Budget: $70 fixed price for the full interior scope The exterior facade can be discussed separately if needed
Timeline: Delivery within 5–7 days Updates every 2 days via PeoplePerHour message (with previews)
