Motion App Expert Needed to Organize Projects, Milestones & Tasks
**Description: I’m looking for a highly experienced **Motion** user ([https://app.usemotion.com/web](https://app.usemotion.com/web)) to help me structure and organize multiple ongoing projects across business, education, media, and personal growth.
You must have **extensive experience using Motion** and understand how to:
* Create and manage multiple projects inside Motion * Set up milestones and load detailed tasks under each milestone * Use smart scheduling, recurring tasks, priority tags, and calendar sync * Organize tasks clearly across different project areas * Structure a clean and high-functioning Motion dashboard
**Your tasks will include:**
* Reviewing my current task list (I’ll provide everything) * Creating all projects and milestones inside Motion * Loading tasks under the correct milestones for each project * Structuring them into weekly/daily execution using Motion’s auto-scheduling * Helping me track everything clearly and reduce overwhelm
Requirements:
* You must be a **Motion power user** (not just familiar) * Proven experience in project/task management * Detail-oriented with strong communication and accountability
