Expected duration: Ongoing We are currently looking for a Netherlands based bookkeeper with proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting/sales administration and extensive experience in Holded accounting software, to support our growing import and export scented candles business. This role is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented professional, who is fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of other European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) being a strong plus. The working hours will be dictated by the business requirement, but flexibility is key. The role (which is remote) involves • Order processing and managing with sales team • Order shipping management, producing order confirmations and waybills • Backorder processing • Creating and producing stock order reports, sales reports and new purchase orders through Holded • Liaising with our international sales team and clients
