I require assistance from sales development representatives based in the United Kingdom to conduct outbound cold calls and lead generation activities. The objective is to build our business pipeline by identifying and qualifying new prospects through unsolicited telephone calls.
The ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of proven experience in an SDR, BDR or similar role. They should have a track-record of successfully engaging stakeholders over the phone, gathering key insights and moving discussions forward to the next stage. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential to introduce our brand, understand customer needs and determine potential fit for our solutions.
The role involves making 150-200 outbound calls per week to C-level executives and senior decision makers across target industry verticals. After each call, comprehensive notes must be recorded detailing conversations, next steps agreed and additional background research conducted. Performance will be reviewed based on the number of calls made as well as qualified opportunities passed to our sales team.
Remote work is permitted but candidates should be located within the UK for time zone alignment and compliance with data protection laws. A flexible schedule will be required to accommodate contacts across various time zones. candidates must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work from and reliable broadband internet connectivity.
