1) Prepare the data for matching, ensuring consistency and completeness. 2)Develop and implement a robust fuzzy matching algorithm to match candidates 3)Ensure the algorithm accounts for variations in the data, such as typos, abbreviations, and synonyms. 4)Execute the fuzzy matching process to identify and rank potential matches for each candidate 5)A physical check of matches that fall below the confidence rate and a judgement made on whether they should be accepted or rejected as a match. 6) Provide a report detailing matched candidates and confidence scores, and whether they are accepted or rejected as a match.
