We are developing a professional-facing certification course aimed at improving maternal and newborn outcomes through compassion-centered and equity-informed care. This project builds on our completed layperson version and is now being tailored for hospitals, clinics, and perinatal providers. We are seeking a mission-driven Research & Curriculum Consultant to support us in grounding the course content in real-world data, qualitative insights, and research-backed frameworks—particularly focusing on healthcare disparities for Black women and other marginalized populations. Your Role Will Include: * Reviewing an existing course framework and instructional outline * Analyzing qualitative feedback and lived experience data from maternal health communities * Developing evidence-informed case studies and thematic content * Helping refine clinical language to maintain emotional impact while ensuring professional tone * Ensuring the final material is aligned with academic standards and trauma-informed care Ideal Candidate: * Background in maternal health, public health, nursing education, curriculum development, or DEI * Skilled in qualitative research and thematic analysis * Strong written communication and synthesis skills * Comfortable co-creating in a visionary, founder-led environment * Familiarity with platforms like Reddit, BabyCenter, Irth App, etc., is a bonus Project Scope: * Remote freelance/consulting role * Start date: Within 2 weeks * Compensation: Negotiable based on experience We value heart, mission-alignment, and vision as much as technical expertise.
