Expected duration: less than 1 week We're having an issue granting permission from enter ID to third-party applications in our Microsoft as your tenant. I have had a ticket open with Microsoft for over eight months and we need a resolution now, I do not think it will come from Microsoft and hence why I am now looking for an Azure expert. Ultimately, we would need to have a call to walk through the exact problem but a high-level description is below.
- we have two application applications that we are trying to connect to our Microsoft tenant, one is Crossware (standardises email signatures for companies) and the other is connecting Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint into n8n (the agentic AI workflow tool). - for both we need to grant admin consent for the organisation which seemingly goes well but then the connections failed on a permissions basis (invalid permissions or similar errors). - we are almost certain it is a conflict in permissions or how we have configured our Microsoft/Azure tenant settings. We need an expert who is very familiar with Entra ID to come in and quickly solve the issue.
Timeline: we need this fixed ASAP, ideally over the next few days Rate: £50 is just a placeholder, it could be higher or lower depending on experience
