- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth transactions and follow-ups
- Maintain records of client communications and update our system
- Address client concerns and escalate issues if required
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using email and online chat platforms
- Previous client service or customer support experience preferred
Contract Terms:

- Paid hourly through PeoplePerHour
