We're looking for a freelance Shopify web designer/developer to create a clean, minimalist website for a new skincare and aesthetics brand. The site will initially launch as content-only, with product purchasing functionality set up behind the scenes but not visible to users until a later date.
You’ll be provided with general brand direction and messaging, but we’re looking for someone who can take creative ownership of structure, layout, and content, using their design and UX instincts.
What You’ll Do • Build a visually simple, modern Shopify website • Use your expertise to define the best structure and pages for launch • Create and write content based on high-level brand guidance • Set up the e-commerce backend lightly, keeping product pages hidden for now • Ensure mobile responsiveness and a polished user experience
What We’re Looking For • Experience designing and building Shopify sites (especially in skincare, wellness, or beauty) • Strong eye for clean, minimalist design • Ability to work independently and make creative decisions • Comfortable handling basic Shopify setup and content writing where needed • Bonus: experience with branding or lightweight graphic design
