Part-Time Remote Admin Role – Order Placement Assistant
We are a small, Glasgow-based business specialising in internal door fitting, and we’re currently looking for a reliable individual to assist with placing material orders online with our local suppliers. These orders typically include items such as doors, timber, handles, hinges, and related materials.
Role Overview: Task: Placing orders online using details provided by us
Volume: Approximately 20–25 orders per month
Time Requirement: Each order takes only a few minutes to complete
Compensation: £5 per order (roughly £100–£120/month for around 1–1.5 hours of total work)
All communication and ordering will be handled digitally, and you will receive all order details via email. While minimal interaction is expected, occasional communication may be required—so fluency in English is preferred. Previous experience in the door or construction supply industry would be a plus but is not essential.
There is potential for additional admin work in the future for the right candidate.
