Corridor Width: 1.8 m minimum
Elevator Core: Centralized; includes two elevators servicing all floors (standard shaft: approximately 2.5 m × 2.5 m per elevator shaft) Each guest room is identical, standardized to facilitate modular construction:
Double bed or two single beds
Built-in closet/storage
Desk and seating area
TV mounting wall
Ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)
4. Occupancy and Capacity Maximum occupancy per room: 2 guests
Total number of rooms: 80 (20 rooms per floor × 4 floors)
Total guest capacity: 160 guests (assuming double occupancy per room) Deliverables Required Conceptual layout drawings showing all floors clearly
Room layouts with standard dimensions. The objective is to achieve clarity and accuracy for quotations - pretty simple.
