I want a much better fee proposal template. I bought a suite of templates online and am trying to get some brand consistency, so I hope you are able to implement the existing into the template. I've got some additional content id like to try and include. and also a bit of a checklist of what I think needs to be in there below, can you help and timeframes please?

What Should Be Included in the Fee Proposal Document
To give clients complete confidence in moving forward, your fee proposal document should include:
Personalised Project Summary
A brief recap of the client’s goals, your understanding of their vision, and any unique site conditions or constraints.
Your Process Explained
A clear outline of the Dream Home Process, including stages like Needs and Options Review, Concept Design, Planning Submission, Technical Pack, and Build Support.
Scope of Work
A detailed breakdown of what's included (and what's not) in each phase — drawings, planning documents, consultant coordination, meetings, revisions, etc.
Fee Breakdown
Transparent pricing for each stage, with optional add-ons (e.g. 3D renders, contract admin, interior packages). Mention whether fees are fixed or indicative.
Provisional Timeline
A rough but realistic outline of timeframes for each stage, including milestones and key client decisions (this helps reduce uncertainty).
Team Involved
Introduce the key team members who will be supporting the project and their roles (designer, QS, admin support, etc.).
Our Commitment to You
A short section reiterating your values — attention to detail, clear communication, design quality, and care for the home and client.
Visual Examples
Include 2–3 visuals or case studies from past similar projects to build trust.
Terms of Engagement
