We are a small, globally active non-profit organization seeking support for the distribution of a press release related to an upcoming international conference on inclusive insurance, taking place in Ecuador in 2025.
Although the event is based in Latin America, the conference will be held primarily in English, and the topics are relevant to a global audience, particularly in the areas of financial inclusion and microinsurance.
We are looking to distribute the press release as widely as possible, with particular focus on media outreach in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Our goal is to reach relevant journalists, sector-specific publications, and platforms that cover financial inclusion, development, insurance, and global events.
What we’re looking for:
- A freelancer or agency with access to an international press/media distribution network
- Experience in distributing press releases for non-profits or international conferences
- Understanding of regional media landscapes in our target regions
- Ability to advise on timing, formatting, and possible language adaptation (if needed)
Deliverables:
- Distribution of the press release to relevant media outlets
- A list or report of outlets contacted or reached
- Optional: Recommendations for follow-up or additional visibility strategies
