We require a detailed, interactive 3D floor plan and annotated 2D CAD drawings of a historic property , showing specific repair, restoration, and upgrade works across the main house and outbuildings.
The plan must map the locations of each item referenced in two comprehensive building surveys (Level 3 RICS survey and outbuilding survey), grouped by priority phases. You will be provided with survey PDFs, and a floor plan screenshot for reference. This is more about visualising the works needed that it is about highly accurate measurements, so things like window sizes and height of chimney stacks etc can be estimated as we do not have measurements for every aspect of the building.
Deliverables: Interactive 3D Floor Plan Fully rendered and navigable (ideally WebGL, Twinmotion, or Sketchfab-style) Clearly marked areas with numbered/coloured tags corresponding to works Tooltip or sidebar annotations linking to descriptions (we will provide) External elevations optionally modelled to show chimney, roof, and façade works
2D CAD Floor Plan Clean line-drawn layout showing all internal rooms, external areas, and key architectural features Annotated with layers or callouts indicating: Works required as specified in the report (e.g., repointing, roof works etc) Survey reference page Phase of work (e.g., external while scaffold in place, internal services, finishes, etc.) Editable Source Files CAD (DWG, DXF or Revit preferred) 3D model (FBX, OBJ, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) Final outputs in PDF + embeddable or shareable 3D view
We Will Provide: Full building survey PDFs (Main House + Outbuildings) **must remain confidential** Master spreadsheet of all identified works, with cost estimates and survey page refs Floor plan screenshot (for initial layout guide) Photos and videos if needed Any access to further reference material as needed
