It's only about 20% design, the rest is helping to source and manage suppliers. I am producing a series of merchandise-based items for an art show. Most will be very small numbers, some will be produced to gift. The work is a mixture of hacked merchandise, embroidery and print on garments and accessories.
It would be great if the person were familiar with pattern cutting and has some production experience (even if just samples) is a plus. And I value creative input. But being organised is the most important attribute.
The person I'm looking for is keen for some informal assisting work, keeping things running whilst I'm distracted with other stuff.
I would suggest booking several days to get started on sourcing/ design and then book time each week to manage the process.
