Project summary We are Fit2Communicate, a UK-based communications consultancy working with schools and organisations. Our current website (hosted with GoDaddy) no longer reflects our brand or offering. We are looking for an experienced Wix designer to rebuild the site using Wix Studio, delivering a professional, engaging and easy-to-update result.
Scope of work Main build Design and build up to 7 main pages, plus a few supporting pages (such as thank-you pages, a blog layout or campaign landing pages) Main pages include: Home What We Do (split into Schools, Organisations, Indvidiuals) The Four Pillars About Us Resources Contact Landing/download page Features Embedded contact forms Newsletter sign-up Downloadable resources Audio or podcast player Mobile-friendly design Clear navigation and user journey Basic SEO setup (titles, alt text, descriptions) Technical setup The domain will remain with GoDaddy – you will help connect it to the new Wix site Email accounts must remain uninterrupted – DNS records need to be preserved Support setting up redirects for any changed URLs – we will provide a list
Editing and handover It is essential that we can manage and update the site ourselves after launch. Please: Build with Wix-native tools wherever possible Keep layouts clear and editable Provide a short handover session or video walkthrough
Style and tone Friendly, confident and professional Clean design with a people-first feel No corporate stock imagery – fresh imagery, icons and diagrams preferred We will provide all content, brand colours, and visual assets
Timeline Start: within 2 weeks of appointment First homepage concept: within 10 days Full site build: 4–5 weeks Go live: by end of September
Budget Fixed: £1,200, inclusive of design, build, and handover Please confirm you are happy with the budget, scope, and timeline
