We require a mobile-friendly web-based portal as our core requirement, but we’re also open to discussing a native mobile app if you recommend it.
Core features will include: • Worker, Client, Admin logins • QR/photo check-in/out with time/location • SMS and WhatsApp notifications integration • Right to Work / ID document uploads • Client job posting and approvals • Admin assignment and approvals • Rules-based matching (skills/location/availability) • CSV/Excel exports for timesheets • GDPR-compliant design and UK-region hosting
We’re seeking an experienced partner to deliver a production-ready solution, with source code, documentation, and post-launch support.
