1. Project Overview The goal is to build a fully functional e-commerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce, based on the Porto Theme (or similar). The project includes plugin integration, technical SEO, and connections to key digital marketing platforms. The site will include live chat, WhatsApp Business automation, and a CRM to streamline customer interactions. Additionally, two separate WordPress sites will be installed using the Brooklyn theme on the client’s server (no dedicated URLs). All plugins and on-site SEO will be configured. Scope of Work – E-commerce Website 2.1 Technical Installation • Configure domain, hosting, SSL • Install WordPress 2.2 Theme and Plugin Setup • Upload and activate theme • Import demo content • Configure plugins: WooCommerce, SEO (Rank Math/Yoast), caching, security, Elementor 2.3 WooCommerce Configuration • Currency, VAT, shipping, payments • Checkout process and email templates 2.4 Site Architecture and Pages SEO-optimised structure including: Home, Shop, Categories, Product pages, About, Terms, Privacy, Contact, Blog 2.5 Technical SEO • Plugin setup, schema markup, mobile responsiveness, performance optimisation, permalinks, XML sitemap, robots.txt 2.6 Product Page Data Import • Import 10 sample products with full data (remaing approximate 40) • SEO optimisation • Setup product list/navigation page like: https://occasions.labonnecombine.ch/index.php?sect=3 2.7 Payment Integration • Integrate Stripe, credit card, PayPal, Twint • Test in staging and live 2.8 Marketing & Analytics Integration • Setup Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads • Create/link Google Business Profile, Facebook/Instagram accounts • Configure Meta Business Manager, Pixel, and product sync 2.9 Live Chat • Install live chat plugin (e.g., Tidio) • Set up chatbot flows, visual customisation, working hours 2.10 WhatsApp Automation • Set up WhatsApp Business • Plugin/API integration (e.g., Click to Chat) • Configure replies, templates, workflows 2.11 CRM Integration • Install CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Zoho) • Integrate live chat and WhatsApp • Configure workflows, notifications, segmentation 2.12 Testing & QA • Test browsing, cart, checkout, payments, emails • Optimise speed, security; configure backup ________________________________________ 2.
