I’m looking for someone to prepare a set of planning-grade drawings for a householder application in Sheffield (S10).
The proposal is for a full-width rear dormer, that runs flush to the edge of property (not offset) plus two front Velux windows and a Velux to the kitchen roof (existing single-storey extension). I’m also relocating a small side window to the rear.
I need: • Existing & proposed floor plans (just loft level is fine) • Existing & proposed elevations (rear, side, front) • Roof plans showing proposed Velux positions • All drawings to scale (1:100 or 1:50) • PDF format ready for planning submission
I have Floorplanner drawings (see attached), photos, and self measured dimensions. No site visit needed — happy to provide extra measurements if required.
Timeline: ideally within 7 days. Please send examples of similar work.
