We need someone who can run on autopilot once objectives are clear, demonstrating extreme motivation and accountability, and who consistently delivers high-quality work on time, proactively communicating without needing to be chased.
Expectations Oversee and manage YouTube channel content, ensuring consistency and quality. Develop and implement strategies for cross-platform social media engagement. Drive channel growth and optimize monetization through a combination of: AdSense Affiliate programs Brand partnerships Merchandise sales Premium content offerings Direct consulting services Newsletter distribution Monitor analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Your proposal must directly and comprehensively address the following criteria and provide Detailed Actionable 6-Month Milestones, cost and revenue projections & Realistic Timelines. templated proposals which do not address the criteria, will be outright rejected.
Demonstrated Expertise in YouTube Growth & Monetization (Non-Generic): in-depth understanding of the YouTube algorithm (audience retention, CTR, average view duration, session watch time).
Proven Niche Success & Quantifiable Case Studies: of YouTube channels you have personally managed and grown, especially within the travel or luxury lifestyle niches and Quantify results in terms of significant subscriber increases and successful monetization diversification, including concrete examples of secured brand deals, generated affiliate revenue, or digital product launches.
Effective Content Strategy: Given our consistent output of minimum 3 high-quality long-form videos per week, plus shorts, propose how you will strategically leverage this volume for maximum impact and accelerate our growth and collaborate daily with content developers.
Integrated Ecosystem Plan: Describe how you will strategically leverage a email list and potential future offerings (merch, digital products, consulting services) to build a robust, sustainable brand ecosystem.
We are seeking a long-term strategic partner. We offer a monthly retainer, which will be clearly tied to pre-agreed performance milestones (subscribers, watch time, diversified revenue targets). A bonus structure will be implemented for early or over-achievement of these targets. We are trying to build a luxury travel brand, those looking for a short term opportunity, need not apply.
This role is NOT for content creation (video shooting/editing/scripting). Your focus is strategy, growth, monetization, and strategic content direction.
