We are looking for a UK-based ad creative with a sharp eye for design and a strong grasp of performance marketing. The right candidate will produce visually clean, highly effective ad creatives for Google and Meta campaigns.
About the Project
We're launching UK Planning Gateway — a smart, user-friendly platform that helps homeowners and architects submit planning applications online, faster and with less stress. Think of it as the GOV.UK experience — but better.
Our brand is clean, trustworthy, and clear. We're not selling consumer products — we’re offering a public-facing service that simplifies a traditionally complex process. Your creative work will make planning feel approachable, modern, and accessible.
We already have a campaign specialist handling setup, tracking, and targeting. Now we need exceptional ad content to fuel performance.
Deliverables
3 to 4 static ad creatives for Meta and Google Display (various sizes) 1 to 2 short animated ads (10–30 seconds) for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook Designs that follow a clean, minimal, and professional look inspired by GOV.UK Cohesive visual identity across all formats Source files for future edits
What We're Looking For
Based in the UK, with experience designing for UK audiences A portfolio showcasing excellent static and motion ads A strong understanding of how to combine clean design with conversion strategy Experience with service-based brands or public sector projects is a plus Proficient with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
Budget and Timeline
Budget: £250 to £400 all-in (flexible for exceptional quality) Start: As soon as possible Initial concepts expected within 5 to 7 days of hire
