Target Market Your outreach will focus on: * Overwhelmed junior PMs in high-pressure teams * PMO leads managing multiple projects with too few resources * Freelance consultants and solo operators juggling admin and delivery * Startup founders scaling chaos without structure
What You’ll Actually Do * Call or message pre-qualified leads (or source your own if needed) * Quickly build trust by naming and framing their pain * Run mini-demos (2–5 mins) that show how SummitPM Pro saves time and sanity * Convert qualified prospects into customers directly—no handoff delays
What We Provide * Deep product training with messaging scripts rooted in emotional triggers * Demo walkthroughs and visual guides to simplify the pitch *CRM access to track your leads and wins * Weekly coaching and strategic feedback loops
