We are looking for a native freelancer located in EU countries and Canada to perform a usability and localization audit of our digital product’s payment interface.
Task Overview The goal is to simulate and review a real payment experience to help us improve both localization and functionality across various platforms.
What You’ll Do: • Register a user account on our platform. • Simulate a real payment using your local payment method (this will be fully reimbursed). • Attempt a refund/withdrawal to verify system feedback. • Record your full experience via screen recording (desktop or mobile). • Provide a feedback report covering: • Each step of the payment flow (registration > Pay In > Pay OUT) • Technical details (device/browser/IP/etc.) • UX comments • Any translation/localization inconsistencies • Screenshots or video of any bugs or unexpected behavior
Requirements: • Must be physically located in EU countries, Canada using a real local IP. • Desktop or mobile device with screen recording capability. • Attention to detail and ability to submit the report within 24 hours of confirmation.
Compensation: All costs are covered, and an additional fee will be paid on top for your effort.
