I need someone who can handle both the database addition and the application. The attached document contains 19 pages of instructions, including graphics. It explains in great detail what is required, what is needed, and how it will operate. That being said, I also recognise that I may have overlooked some relevant information. I am happy to answer any questions at the start before accepting anyone Please do not just give me an hourly rate. I want a fixed cost so that we have a clear agreement. I have put down £1000, I do not expect you to do this in-depth project for £1000. It would be nice if PPH offered an option to specify a fixed cost, but they do not. I look forward to receiving your proposal soon.
