I’m looking for a fractional but fixed PA or Executive Assistant based in London who can support us on a part-time basis. Ideally someone confident, well-spoken, and experienced working with corporate clients—especially those familiar with international business or trade would be a plus.
We’re a UK company that helps British businesses expand into Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. The role would include things like:
Onboarding new clients via Teams
Attending some in-person meetings and interviews in London
Being the first point of contact for new clients
Managing follow-ups and helping with light admin / coordination
They don’t need to be full-time, but we’d like someone reliable and consistent who can learn our process and be part of the journey
