I require assistance organizing and optimizing the files stored across my various cloud services and desktop. As a non-technical individual, I am having difficulties managing the interoperability between my Google Drive, Drive desktop app, Windows system, and iCloud accounts. Various documents and media are not displaying properly when accessed between these platforms.
For instance, when attempting to view or download images from within my Drive files on PeoplePerHour, errors occur. Likewise, any links I generate within the Drive ChatGPT app fail to function properly. I have gone through the admin settings on each service but am unable to resolve the conflicts between them.
What I need is a digital consultant who can audit and tidy the organization of my files end-to-end, across Drive, Drive desktop, Windows, and iCloud. They will need to identify where duplications or inaccuracies exist between the various storage locations and optimize the structure for seamless access between all accounts and devices. The goal is to have a cohesive filing system with properly configured integrations so that no matter what platform or program I am using, all of my documents, images, and other media are readily available.
Please provide your proposed strategy and estimated time/cost to complete this virtual organizational project for my cross-platform files. Remote access will be required to perform the audit and optimization work within my cloud services and windows desktop environment.
