Configure: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR records (domain authentication). SMTP credentials for sending accounts. Rate limiting (to avoid bursts)- nothing more than 150 emails per day across all accounts (4) per domain Test SMTP connectivity (telnet, swaks).
3. Purelymail Inbox Setup Create IMAP mailboxes for replies only- but this will all run through instantly, its purely to receive mails Verify MX records for Purelymail reception. ALL SENT EMAILS VIA POSTAL
4. Domain Migration Update MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records post-migration.
5. Monitoring & Maintenance Set up Postal logs + Grafana (for bounce/spam tracking). Document full system architecture for future scaling.
