We seek a skilled social media manager to optimize our existing online presence and multi-channel marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will analyze our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn platforms to evaluate engagement, content performance, demographic targeting and advertisement effectiveness. They will then design and propose an integrated social strategy to better resonate with our target audience and drive measurable actions like website visits, lead generations or sales. Some of the key deliverables include content calendar creation, community management best practices, competitive analysis and recommendations on platforms to prioritize. The manager will be required to post engaging organic updates, run carefully optimized paid campaigns, assist with creating and scheduling visual posts and monitor all analytics to continuously refine approaches. Student of social media trends and strong knowledge of multiple platform tools are a must. Samples of previous successful social strategies and testimonials from past clients will be favorably considered.
