Project Overview We are hosting a large-scale live virtual event, and need a bespoke microsite and registration system with the following key features:
Custom-branded registration page
Users enter name, email, company
Simple, user-friendly design, fully styled to match event branding
Event microsite
Homepage to host the live stream (via Wowza streaming)
Two streams available: one with subtitles, one without
Slido integration for live Q&A and audience engagement
Agenda page: event schedule overview
Line-up page: guest speaker bios and session details
No complex login: users provide name and company to access the stream
Optional: countdown timer, sponsor logos, social media links
Scalability
Must support up to 3,000 concurrent users globally
Shared hosting is not suitable — we require a dedicated or cloud-based solution with streaming support
Technical Expectations Experience with live streaming integrations, ideally Wowza
Ability to create scalable, cloud-hosted solutions (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
Familiarity with secure form handling and basic user tracking
Prior experience with event platforms, virtual conferences, or microsites
Slido integration experience is a bonus
Your Responsibilities Provide a cost estimate and delivery timeline
Set up hosting (or advise on the best platform for scale/streaming)
Build registration, agenda, and microsite pages to spec
Ensure robust performance for high user loads
Offer ongoing support throughout the event cycle
Requirements Must be based in the UK or Europe
Available to communicate regularly and work to tight deadlines
Able to work collaboratively and provide progress updates
Ready to start immediately
