We are seeking an experienced and impartial HR professional to manage a formal grievance process on behalf of our company. The scope of work will include: • Reviewing relevant background and documentation prior to the hearing • Leading and conducting the grievance meeting with the employee • Managing all necessary correspondence (acknowledgements, outcome letters, etc.) • Providing a written report summarising the meeting, findings, and recommendations
This process is being handled externally to ensure impartiality, and no internal representatives will be involved.
