I am seeking a graphic designer to create promotional materials for an upcoming sports-themed networking luncheon. The event will feature a keynote speaker and comedian and aims to bring local athletic figures and business professionals together. To effectively advertise this function and drive awareness across social media platforms, a visually attractive poster and Facebook/Instagram advert must be developed.
The designer shall incorporate relevant logos and clearly communicate the key details regarding the event, such as its date, time, and featured presenters. The poster design should leverage bold fonts, vibrant colors and eye-catching imagery to attract immediate interest from the target audience. Graphics used must be professionally licensed for commercial reuse. In addition, the Facebook/Instagram advert needs an enticing thumbnail image and compelling headline/copy to encourage shares and build excitement among our network.
Upon completion of the initial advertising assets, there will be opportunity for additional work surrounding ancillary marketing materials and a formal printed program distributed at the luncheon. Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing high-quality promotional content for similar corporate and networking events. Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and licensing is required. This is a short-term freelance project with payment issued upon delivery of final graphic files.
