We are looking for experienced British cold callers with strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner. Your main role will be to reach out to small businesses across the UK, introduce them to our services, and generate leads or book appointments for follow-ups with our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to local businesses (scripts and leads provided, or you can use your own list if preferred)
Pitch our digital marketing solutions clearly and confidently
Identify decision-makers and schedule appointments or send interested leads to our internal team
Update call records and feedback after each interaction
This is a commission-based position. You will be paid per confirmed contract, with generous commission rates for each successful sign-up. High-performing callers can earn very competitively. Details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
