Expected duration: Not sure I need help for setting up a traccar.org server in my host then develop a native Android app based on traccar api response. --app will have features like add/edit/delete device, for each device realtime/last location tracking, location history, add/edit/delete geofence with notifications settings per device, fetching audio, image snapshot (from supported device), sending sms command to device. --an admin panel required to manage users and device in php.
If you can go with this requirement then share your understanding with any prior experience in similar area.
