I am seeking a machine learning specialist to automate my house survey report generation process. As a property inspector, I spend 3 hours onsite evaluating various structural and aesthetic factors, and another 6 hours manually compiling reports. Reports follow a template structure, but content varies per property. You will develop a solution scraping relevant data from three industry websites, and use a predefined checklist paired with on-site photos to dynamically populate standardized text blocks into customized reports. The goal is to reduce my post-inspection report writing time through automating much of the repetitive templating and formatting tasks, while retaining a property-specific narrative.
