Local Gym Ad Specialist Needed (Meta Ads – Strategy, Setup & Monitoring)
Job Description: I run a personal training gym based in Romiley, UK, and I’m looking for a paid ads specialist to help attract local leads and grow our membership base.
I’m looking for someone who can:
Advise me on the best types of ads to run (image, video, story, reels, etc.). Provide clear direction for what kind of ad content to create (I can supply footage/images). Set up and manage local Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, targeting people within a 0–2 mile radius of the gym. Monitor performance for one month, provide feedback, and help reassess next steps based on results. Optionally help us retarget an email list of ~1,000 past leads and members, if it can be integrated into the ad funnel. Ideal Skills:
Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads for local businesses—ideally gyms or fitness brands. Strong understanding of geo-targeting and lead generation strategies. Ability to give practical creative guidance for ad content. Familiarity with email list retargeting is a bonus. Please include:
